Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to have knowledge about what vegetarian diet is, why it is preferred and what types of vegetarian diets are, and to show the correct cooking and preparation techniques.

The students who have succeeded in this course;
Will be able to make innovative menus for vegan, vegetarian, etc. diets

Course Content

The concept of vegetarianism, vegetarian diets and their differences, food preparation techniques suitable for these diets constitute the content of this course.
