Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to convey the technical and theoretical knowledge that will be the basis of pastry.

Course Content

This course gives the basis to student about classical pastry techniques such as doughs, creams and fillings for desserts. Products such as cakes and other pastries, sponge cake and other pastry base dough, cream sauces, fruit sauces and hot and cold desserts, ice creams and sorbet, decorations, decorations and presentations constitute the content of the course.
