Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to provide the theoretical and technical knowledge required for flour types, yeast, dough and bread types.

Know flour types and importance of protein differences
Know the difference in results of yeast varieties
Have the necessary technical knowledge for bread types

Course Content

In the course, flour types are introduced and their differences are explained. Materials and equipment used in making bread are introduced. Necessary techniques for making bread are taught. Breads from different countries and regions will be made by hands on learning.
