Course Objectives: To provide those, who will intervene in cases of accident and injury, playing a determining role in maintenance of life, injury prevention and shortening the healing process.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) Explaine the general concepts of first aid.
2) Summarize the first aid to be applied on traumas
3) Summarize the techniques for carrying patient and wounded.

Assessment of the patient/wounded and the scene of accident
Basic life support
First aid in case of bleeding
First aid in case of injuries
First aid in case of burning, freezing an hot shocks
First aid in case of fracture, dislocations an sprains

First aid in case of disorders of consciousness

First aid for a foreign object in ear, npse an deye
