Course Objectives: It is aimed to learn the basic principles of acting. In this course, students will discover the basic rules of acting and improvisation, and will experience some tools they can use in the character creation process. In this way, it is aimed that the student has a technique in which they can use their own interpretations in the character creation process.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1. Knowing the basic concepts about acting
2. Endowing the students with the ability to know themselves as actors
3. Learning the basic principles of acting techniques.
4. Learning the elements of a play
5. Improving acting techniques
6. Performing these techniques on the stage

In this course, different acting techniques and the elements of a play are taught.
