Course Objectives: Recognize the tools of low vision and the structure of the telescope, the structure of magnifiers, the magnifying glasses.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
1) To have knowledge about low vision and low vision aids and their fitting techniques.
2) To have knowledge about manufacture of spectacle lenses and able to use this knowledge at sales presentations.
3) Able to do eyeglass mounting expertly and adaptate it to the wearer.
4) To have knowledge about prismatic lenses and able to make fitting them to the frames.
