Course Objectives: | In this course one of the responsibilities of students must cover is to using the camera and shoot, edit their own films. They will write the synopsis of the whole film whereas the final product will only consist of an individual film. Students are obligated to succeed of the projects in order to pass the class. If they cannot complete of the projects, she/he will fail the class. Durations of film must be min. 3 – max. 8 minutes long. There can be dialogues in the films. Students who cannot cover these requirements will fail. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; I. Demonstrate ability to write a short film script. II. Ability to prepare a photo-storyboard of a scene of the short film. III. Illustrate ability to produce and shoot the short film. IV. Apply post-production techniques to the film. V. Ability to present and defend their project in class. |
This course is directed towards to build both technical and creative skills of students to produce a film. The aim of the course compromises the identification of production departments on location and studio fields. Comprehension for the phases of film production is performed over the hands on work on individual project. |
