Course Objectives: Within the scope of this course, the legal regime to which international commercial contracts are subject, the Rome I Regulation and Unidroit Principles will be examined.

Learning the prevention of disputes during the preparation of international commercial contracts.
Understanding the principles regarding the determination of the applicable law to international commercial contracts.
Learning the provisions of the Rome I Regulation and the Unidroit Principles.
