Course Objectives: | The main objective of the Course is to introduce to the students of Department of Economics the basic principles of law that they will need in their daily and professional lives. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; I. Learns the basic concepts of the family law. II. Knows the basic principles of the law of succession. III. Learns the basic concepts of the law of property. IV. Knows the basic concepts of the constitutional law. V. Knows the basic concepts of the administrative law. VI. Knows the basic concepts of the criminal law. VII. Knows the basic concepts of the criminal procedural law. VIII. Knows the basic concepts of the tax law IX.
