Course Content

Management is a way to bring order and control to hierarchical organizations. And in our age, the fact of change and adaptation to change, which is a universal phenomenon, is one of the most discussed topics in management. Changing environmental conditions in the global picture also create new threats and opportunities in organizations. Taking advantage of these threats and opportunities depends on the competencies (strengths and weaknesses) of organizations. The rapid and continuous change of environmental conditions and the global competitive environment require organizations to restructure.
