Course Objectives: | The objective of this course is to provide students with an understanding of digital transformation processes, enable them to develop digital business strategies, evaluate the impact of digital technologies on business models, and gain leadership and management skills required in the digital age. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to: Explain the concept and strategic importance of digital transformation. Evaluate the integration of digital technologies into business processes. Develop new digital business models. Understand and apply data-driven decision-making processes. Analyze leadership and change management in the digital era. |
