Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to know the management techniques and practices required in every department of the enterprises and to gain skills. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; 1. Explain the terms of management and organization science. 2. Explains classical, neoclassical and modern management thought movements. 3. Knows management functions. 4. Knows new management techniques. 5. Knows and explains the elements that make up the organization. 6. Divides the organization according to various bases. 7.
