2. Apply required rules in case of the criminal diputes.
3. Differ similar offences from each other.
4. Has the knowledge on the punishments of the offences.

Course Content

Genocide, crimes against humanity, human trafficking, smuggling of migrants, murder, voluntary manslaughter, involuntary manslaughter, wounding with intent, ounding without intent, organ trade, experiments on human beings, torture, causing miscarriage, sterilization, crimes against sexual immunity, crimes against liberty.
