Course Objectives: | Broad overview of bioinformatics with a significant problem-solving component, including hands-on practice using computational algorithms to solve a variety of biological problems (i.e., protein-ligand and protein-protein interactions) |
The students who have succeeded in this course; At the end of the Course, students: -are expected to gain an understanding of the importance of bioinformatic approaches in modern biological research. -are expected to know and apply databanks used in bioinformatics. -are expected to use basic algorithms and softwares in bioinformatics field. -are expected to follow scientific articles at the field of bioinformatics. |
