Course Objectives: | To teach students starting from the difference between governing - governed than keep on with the government, legitimacy, state and constitution concepts and notions. To make students realized that Constitution Law serves as the basis for all other law disciples. To make students conceive the importance of the universal formulations of separation of powers and human rights. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; I. Conceive the meaning of the State. II. Emphasis the concept of Constitution. III. Signalize the difference between government systems. IV. Differentiates legislative, executive and judiciary. V. Explains the types of states (Unitary, federal etc.) VI. Explains the importance of human rights. VII. Differentiates election systems. |
The basic concepts of the Constitutional Law is being taught through comparative constitutional law: political power, State, constitution, entrenchment of the constitution, constitutional judicial review, different matterns of democracy, elections, political parties, forms of government |
