Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to gain competence about effective communication with child and parents. This course includes the subjects as communication with child and parents, effective communication skills, communication technics with parents of children with special needs, communication at business life.

Learning Outcomes

Course Content

This course includes; description and content of communication; aims and importance of communication; proper communication; empathy; communication with children; communication with parents; communication problems; strategies about communication problems and organizational communication.
