Course Objectives: Learning different exercise approaches and gaining the principles of exercise prescription.

2. Be able to plan an exercise program.
3. Select appropriate exercises based on the disease.
4. Understand exercise protocols.

Course Content

This course covers muscle physiology, exercise physiology, exercise protocols, and different exercise approaches.
