Course Objectives: | In this course, the legal regime of the public services and the police activities, the administrative acts and the responsibility of administration will be examined. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; Comprehends the distinctive properties of public service. Determines the legal regime of public services. Analyses the importance of relation between administrative law and human rights and fundamental freedoms. Determines whether the measures of law enforcement is lawfull or not. Identifies illegal administrative acts. Comprehends the principles on administrative responsability. |
