| Course Objectives: | The objectives of this course are to define basic concepts and models of communication; to analyse new communication technologies; to enable students to gain knowledge about interpersonal communicaiton, teamwork, problem solving strategies and ethical issues in communication. |

The students who have succeeded in this course; 1- Use skills for effective speaking and listening. 2- Define different views on the new communication technologies. 3- Define ethical issues in communication. 4- Apply basic principles of teamwork. |
