Dersin Amacı:	Bu dersin amacı; sağlık sistemlerini bütün değişken ve parametreleri ile anlamak, karşılaştırmak, incelemek ve performansları açısından analiz ve değerlendirmeler yapmaktır.

Bu dersi başarıyla tamamlayabilen öğrenciler;
Bu dersin öğrenme çıktıları temelde; (1) sağlık sistemlerinin değişken ve parametrelerinin bilinmesi, (2) sağlık sistemlerinin karşılaştırılmasının ve incelenmesinin bilinmesi ve (3) sağlık sistemlerinin performansları açısından analiz edilebilmesi ve değerlendirebilmesi becerisinin kazandırılmasından oluşmaktadır.

Dersin İçeriği

Karşılaştırmalı Sağlık Sistemleri dersinin içeriği; sağlık sisteminin tanımlanmasının, sağlık sisteminin amaçlarının, fonksiyonlarının, sağlık sistemlerinin karşılaştırılmasının nedenlerinin, yararlarının ve zorluklarının ortaya konulmasını, ülken sağlık sistemlerinin karşılaştırılması ve incelenmesi için bir çerçeve ortaya konulmasını, belli başlı ülke sağlık sistemlerinin karşılaştırılmasını ve incelenmesini ve sağlık sistemlerinde performansın analizi ve değerlendirmesini içermektedir.
