Course Objectives: The objectives of this course are to provide information on the concept of quality, customer satisfaction and quality measurement, teamwork, sustainable improvement, quality accreditation process with the Ministry of Health's health care quality certification processes in the fields of in health care management.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
• Explain concept of quality and quality management in health care services,
• Explain the importance of customer satisfaction in health care,
• Classify health care quality measurement process,
• Explain teamwork in health care quality improvement,
• Explain quality improvement tools in health care services,
• Explain the philosophy of sustainable improvement in healthcare services,
• Explain accreditation, certification and quality awards in healthcare services,
• Explain the information about the Ministry of Health certification processes quality of reviews In Turkey.

Course Content

Concept of quality and quality management in health care services, importance of customer satisfaction,health care quality measurement process, teamwork in health care quality improvement, quality improvement tools in health care services, the philosophy of sustainable improvement in healthcare services, accreditation, certification and quality awards in healthcare services, the information about the Ministry of Health certification processes quality of reviews In Turkey.

There is a 70% attendance requirement.
