Course Objectives: The objectives of this course are determined as health services marketing, health care delivery models in health care marketing management processes, target market, health consumers' behavior, marketing research, consumer demand forecasts in health care, distribution channels, in health services, pricing, marketing services, and evaluation of marketing strategies.

Learning Outcomes

Course Content

Basic concepts of marketing, the characteristics of health care services, the marketing of health care services, health care delivery models, the process of marketing management in health services, the method for determining target markets, the behaviors of health care consumers, marketing research, consumer demand forecasts, the distribution channels in health services , pricing of healthcare services, the evaluation of marketing services, the healthcare marketing practices and marketing strategies.
