Course Objectives: Creativity and innovation are an integral part of an organization's ability to survive and evolve in today's competitive marketplace. This course aims to educate students about how innovations and creativity can be realized and managed in working environments. In addition to the theoretical concepts of innovation and creativity, students will learn to use practical applications to promote creativity and innovation in their workplaces.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
Students who successfully complete this course are expected to earn the following qualifications:
• Awareness-raising on concepts related to innovation and innovation management
• Explain the concepts related to innovation management
• Understanding of the creative process
• Have an idea about their creativity practices
• Getting information on the use of some tools and methods used in innovation and creativity management.
