Course Objectives: Master Thesis is composed of two parts. The aim of the first part is to provide students with the ability to prepare a report and present the process and the findings of a scientific research carried on with a critical thinking, in relation to a specific hypothesis and argument on a selected topic approved by his/her advisor and Program Coordinator. It is prerequisite for the second part ARC5888-2 Master Thesis.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
ı. Develops the ability to construct a thesis statement,
II. Differentiate scientific research methods,
III. Reflect critical thinking and analytical skills in research
IV. Organize the process of a self-directed research work
V. Develops the ability to review the literature in a particular field or area of interest,
VI. Identifies gaps or inconsistencies within the research.
VII Communicates the research findings with visual and verbal means.

Course Content

Master Thesis part one covers a study conducted on area of interest and development of a thesis statement within the student’s profession and completed with a presentation of documents concluding the author's research findings, documentation and bibliography.
