Course Objectives: | Master Thesis is composed of two parts. The aim of the first part is to provide students with the ability to prepare a report and present the process and the findings of a scientific research carried on with a critical thinking, in relation to a specific hypothesis and argument on a selected topic approved by his/her advisor and Program Coordinator. It is prerequisite for the second part ARC5888-2 Master Thesis. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; ı. Develops the ability to construct a thesis statement, II. Differentiate scientific research methods, III. Reflect critical thinking and analytical skills in research IV. Organize the process of a self-directed research work V. Develops the ability to review the literature in a particular field or area of interest, VI. Identifies gaps or inconsistencies within the research. VII Communicates the research findings with visual and verbal means. |
Master Thesis part one covers a study conducted on area of interest and development of a thesis statement within the student’s profession and completed with a presentation of documents concluding the author's research findings, documentation and bibliography. |
