Course Objectives: | The aim of this course is to examine the constitutional principles on the administrative law, organization of Turkish administration and the rules on the public servants and public goods. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; Realizes the importance of the relation between rule of law and administrative law. Analyzes the principles of administrative organization. Determines the relationships between different public entities. Determines the legal regimes and rules on public servants and public goods. In the legal conflicts realizes the legal problems and find legal remedies in different aspects. |
