Course Objectives: | This course aims to provide information about the Turkish Labor Law and its application and its development process to the students. On the other hand concepts like other civil regulations, commercial agreements, substitutive documents, labor rights, offers, conductor codes, property rights, and bonds will be subjected under the course curriculum. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; 1. Ability to monitor the laws that regulate the labor environment and related regulations 2. Ability to adopt to professional life 3. Ability to analyse the legal relations of employees and employers 4. Ability solve legal problems and agreements of unions, strikes, and lockouts. |
