Course Objectives: | Within the scope of the course, it is aimed to discuss administrative law issues together with current issues in both Turkish law and comparative law. In this context, the basic principles of administrative organization, public officials, law enforcement, public service, administrative acts, public goods and the responsibility of the administration are discussed in detail and accompanied by legal problems. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; Students taking the course will increase their ability to comment on administrative law disputes. Students will be able to consider current issues in the light of previous jurisprudence. |
