Course Objectives: It is aimed that the students have thr knowledge on the mens rea element, the legal subject of the criminal offence and the victim, the theory of punishment and the determination and the individualization of the punishments.

Learning Outcomes

Have the knowledge on the mistake in the criminal law.
Have the knowledge on the special appearances of the criminal offence.
Have the knowledge on the law of sanction.
Have the knowledge on the determination and the individualization of the punishment.
Have the knowledge on the concepts of the adjournment, the conditional release, the prepayment.
Have the knowledge on the termination of the criminal law relation.

Mens rea, fault in criminal law, attempt, participation, conocurrence of crimes, juridical subject of crime and victim, law of sanctions (punishment and security measures), determination and individualization of punishments, adjournment, conditional release, prepayment
