Course Objectives: | The main objective of this course is to familiarize students with the steps of writing a research paper. It is aimed that students experience writing a research paper with the guidance of an academic adviser. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; are able to identify the difficulties involved in formulating a meaningful and feasible research question, as well as of ways to overcome these difficulties are able to determine the need to be methodical and systematic in their studies, and to be critical in their use of the work done by other political and social scientistsa are able to analyze the literature relevant to their research topic are able to describe different approaches involved in collecting, analysing and presenting will be able to evaluate the various conventions of academic writing (style, citation, bibliography etc.) |
The students are expected to propose research topic on Business and administration. After reviewing the literature on the topic of their choice, the advisor will guide the student through each stage of the research in biweekly meetings. |
