Course Objectives: The aim of this course is to provide background about the essentials of corporate finance and financial management.

Learning Outcomes

The students who have succeeded in this course;
I.Evaluate advantages and disadvantages of each tax planning strategy.
II.Analyze and interpret the debt valuation and bond market.
III.Understand the companies’ investment appraisal under risk and uncertainty
IV.Apply and evaluate portfolio investment.

Course Content

This course describes the theory and also is oriented to more practical applications of the theory.The emphasis will be on topics such as basics of corporate finance, capital budgeting, estimating future cash flows, capital structure and dividend policy, long-term financing.
