Course Objectives: | The sources of the admininistrative procedure law, administrative tribunals, the action types in administrative procedure will be examined in the light of jurisprudence. |
The students who have succeeded in this course; Determines the powers and duties of the administrative jurisdiction. Determines the appropriate action type and its proceedings. Can file a bill. Determines which is the appropriate legal remedy. If becames a judge, can solve the legal problems. |
